Stew Leonard’s Yonkers LLC and the company’s chief executive officer have settled a suit with a former employee who brought long-haul Covid-19 discrimination claims.
The order of dismissal, published Thursday, said “all claims asserted herein” were settled, and the case was dismissed without prejudice, said Judge Kenneth M. Karas of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. But the one-page order didn’t contain the agreement’s terms.
