SCOTUS Skips White High School Football Coach’s Job Bias Case

The US Supreme Court Monday declined to hear a Georgia high school football coach’s contention that his race bias suit over his contract wasn’t barred by a prior suit.

Alan Rodemaker said he couldn’t have included this claim against the City of Valdosta Board of Education in his earlier suit because he hadn’t yet received a letter from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission authorizing him to sue under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
