Regal-Beloit, Former Exec Settle Age Discrimination Lawsuit

Regal-Beloit America Inc. and its former vice president of sales agreed to settle a lawsuit alleging the elimination of his job was intentional age discrimination, according to a Thursday court filing.

Timothy Harris and Regal reached a settlement for an undisclosed amount and requested to vacate the trial and related matters, according to a notice filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
