Reebok, Autry Reach Settlement in Shoe Design Trademark Suit

Reebok International Ltd. LLC and a viral shoemaker have agreed to end a lawsuit over alleged trademark infringement of several of Reebok’s shoe designs, according to a federal court filing.

Reebok alleged in a 2023 complaint that Autry USA LLC and Autry International Srl infringed Reebok’s trademark rights to its Window Box, Crosscheck, and Stripecheck marks. In asserting counterclaims against Reebok, Autry contended Reebok doesn’t hold rights for those marks, and claimed that other companies have used similar designs “for decades.”
