Autry is “flooding the market with lower quality, confusingly similar knockoffs,” according to the complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
The complaint alleges that Autry is copying Reebok’s Window Box mark, its Crosscheck mark, and its Stripecheck mark.
