Reebok Hits Autry With Trademark Suit Over Confusing ‘Knockoffs’

Reebok International Ltd. filed a trademark infringement suit against shoemaker Autry USA LLC alleging the company is selling merchandise that copies Reebok’s designs.

Autry is “flooding the market with lower quality, confusingly similar knockoffs,” according to the complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

The complaint alleges that Autry is copying Reebok’s Window Box mark, its Crosscheck mark, and its Stripecheck mark.
