A bisexual recruiter has ended his suit alleging an employment agency was liable for its former managing partner’s sexual harassment despite having an anti-harassment policy.
The recruiter and the agency, Resource Systems Group Inc., which does business as Daversa Partners, submitted a joint stipulation for dismissal to the US District Court for the District of Columbia on Aug. 25.
