Prentke Romich’s $632,250 Data Breach Settlement Gets First Nod

PRC-Saltillo, once known as Prentke Romich Co., will pay $632,250 to resolve a data breach class action, according to settlement that won preliminarily approval from a federal judge.

About 53,000 people who received notice of the August 2024 cyberattack can get reimbursement for documented out of pocket costs and a cash payment based on what remains in the settlement fund after fees and expenses, according to court documents filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
