Planned Parenthood of NY Top Exec Can Pursue Retaliation Claims

The former chief operating officer for Planned Parenthood of Greater New York Inc. can move forward with his allegation that the organization unlawfully retaliated against him for filing a complaint claiming unlawful employment practices, a federal court said.
