Flynn Restaurant Group LP, which operates hundreds of Pizza Hut locations, is free of a wage-and-hour suit after a delivery driver dropped allegations that the company failed to properly reimburse him for work-related vehicle expenses.
The driver—who accused Flynn of using a flawed method to determine the appropriate reimbursement rate for workers who use their own cars to deliver pizza and other products—filed a stipulation to dismiss the suit without prejudice in the US District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
