Pizza Hut Franchisee Hit With Delivery Driver’s Wage Allegations

Flynn Restaurant Group LP failed to reimburse delivery drivers at the Pizza Hut locations it operates for the expenses they incurred using their personal vehicles for work purposes, a new complaint says.

The drivers use their own cars to deliver pizza and other products, but the chain restaurant operator uses a flawed method to determine the appropriate reimbursement rate for their expenses, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
