Perfect Bar Customers Voluntarily Drop Protein Deception Suit

Two consumers are voluntarily dismissing their individual claims alleging Perfect Bar LLC deceived them about the bars’ protein content.

Mehva Roffman and Lisa Chong sued in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. They alleged Perfect Bars’ label statements, like “7G PROTEIN,” didn’t comply with federal regulations because the label lacked required information about protein quality, in the form of a percent daily value, on the nutrition facts panel.
