Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals no longer faces a class suit that was severed from the larger Meta Platforms health pixel tracking litigation pending in federal court.
It’s the plaintiffs’ obligation to demonstrate standing, and here they informed the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania that they failed to meet the criteria to support their claims. The claims are dismissed without prejudice but there won’t be leave to amend, Judge Cynthia M. Rufe said.
