Plaintiffs Nancy Murphy and Robert Stewart alleged sufficient facts about the contents of the communications intercepted by the health care system to support their claims under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, Judge Cynthia M. Rufe of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said Monday.
They also adequately stated claims of breach of contract, negligence, intrusion upon seclusion, and unjust enrichment, Rufe said.
