Partygoer Asks to Drop Injury Case Against L.A. Federal Judge

Attorneys for a partygoer who says he was seriously injured by a drunk, underage guest during a gathering at US District Judge Mark C. Scarsi’s residence have asked to dismiss the state court case against the federal judge and his wife.

The request comes after the court on Dec. 19 agreed to seal an original version of the complaint that contained Scarsi’s home address. Plaintiff Alex Wilson filed that complaint on Dec. 12, shortly after Scarsi threw out Hunter Biden’s tax case and critiqued President Joe Biden’s pardon of his son.
