L.A. Federal Judge Sued Over Injury at Student House Party

US District Judge Mark C. Scarsi was sued in Los Angeles state court over a high school party hosted at his home where a guest was allegedly assaulted.

Plaintiff Alex Wilson said in a complaint filed in California Superior Court, Los Angeles County that he was assaulted by a “heavily intoxicated underage minor” during a fight at a 2023 party on Scarsi’s property. Wilson said he was hospitalized for more than two weeks after the assault.
