New York City Mayor Eric Adams’ (D) plan to let the Trump administration open an immigration office at the Rikers Island prison is blocked for at least the next month, a Manhattan judge ruled Friday.
New York Supreme Court Justice Mary Rosado said “until we’ve had a hearing,” she’s going to continue with the temporary restraining order she issued April 21.
