New England Patriots Prevail in Communications Tech Patent Row

The New England Patriots shook off an appeal Wednesday alleging the team’s use of wireless data communications systems in stadiums infringed patented technology from a patent monetatization firm.

The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed the NFL team’s win in a per curiam judgment.
