Musk Gives $2 Million to Support Texas Appeals Court Candidates

Elon Musk has contributed $2 million to a Texas political group backing Republican candidates for intermediary appeals courts, campaign finance reports released this week reveal.

Musk’s revocable trust on Sept. 27 donated to Judicial Fairness PAC, which has previously reported contributions from other Texas billionaires. Among them are Robert Rowling of Omni Hotels, Ken Fisher of Fisher Investments, and Jeff Hildebrand of Hilcorp Energy.
