Meta Files for Appellate Relief to Bar Zuckerberg Deposition

Mark Zuckerberg wants the Ninth Circuit to tell a lower court he doesn’t have to testify about how he addressed certain privacy concerns at Meta Platforms Inc.

Meta is fighting a proposed class action in the US District Court for the Northern District of California challenging how Zuckerberg’s social media company collected personal health information through its tracking piece of computer code called Pixel.
