Mark Zuckerberg Must Testify in Meta Pixel Health Data Lawsuit

Meta Platforms Inc. CEO Mark Zuckerberg will have to testify in a suit challenging the company’s collection of personal health information via its tracking Pixel about how he addressed privacy-related decisions at the company.

The plaintiffs in the suit sufficiently demonstrated that they’ve exhausted other methods to get information about the implementation of a privacy-related FTC consent order, among other things, Magistrate Judge Virginia K. DeMarchi said Wednesday for the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
