The parties notified Judge Douglas L. Rayes of their settlement in a Nov. 21 filing with the US District Court for the District of Arizona. Rayes previously ruled that a trial was needed to determine whether the employees’ reasons for not wanting to be vaccinated were truly religious and whether accommodating the employees would have caused an undue hardship on McKesson. The parties’ attorneys didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
