McKesson Faces Faith Accommodation Trial Over Covid Vaccine Rule

A jury must decide if McKesson Corp. failed to accommodate three sales employees’ religious objections to receiving Covid-19 vaccination and fired them instead, a federal judge in Phoenix ruled.

The decision Thursday is the latest to say a worker’s beliefs don’t necessarily lose protection under federal law prohibiting religious discrimination just because they overlap with secular concerns.
