The maker of H2O GO! inflatable pools reached a settlement in principle with an electronic accessory and tech company it alleged infringed its trademark rights.
Bestway USA Inc previously alleged in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York that Merkury Innovations intended to confuse consumers with an allegedly infringing mark that would’ve given the impression Bestway endorsed Merkury’s products.
