Lawyers Want $450,000 For Getting Mindvalley to Limit Meta Pixel

Mindvalley Inc, a self-improvement platform, should pay $450,000 in attorneys’ fees and costs as part of a settlement that restricts its use of Meta Platforms’ Pixel, plaintiffs’ counsel said Tuesday in a final approval motion.

That’s “a material discount,” Dwoskin Wasdin LLP and Erickson Kramer Osborne LLP told the US District Court for the Northern District of California, in part because of the complexity of the case in which they obtained injunctive relief against a “Malaysia-based defendant with a class action waiver in its publicly available website terms and conditions.”
