NSO Group Technologies Ltd.'s attempt to escape the jurisdiction of the California federal court presiding over a challenge to the use of its spyware technology against journalists has drawn a rebuttal from a group of US law professors.
The lawsuit was filed by 18 El Salvador-based journalists alleging their cell phones were attacked by a spyware program deployed by NSO and by another technology company, Q Cyber Technologies Ltd.
