Judge Ponders House Arrest for Indicted ADHD Telemedicine CEO

A San Francisco federal judge indicated at a Thursday bail hearing that he would consider house arrest for the indicted founder and CEO of ADHD telemedicine startup Done Global Inc. ahead of her criminal trial.

Judge Charles R. Breyer told Ruthia He’s defense lawyers to meet with federal prosecutors and work out a set of conditions for house arrest that would satisfy his concerns with He’s flight risk and her alleged propensity to delete digital evidence.
