A commercial real estate investor’s lawsuit targeting Jamestown LP affiliates was dismissed Tuesday after a Delaware chancellor ruled the suit was “deficient.”
Schulz Group GmbH’s misconception of the contractual duties of Jamestown Premier Property Fund LP’s general partner undermines its breach and unjust enrichment claims, Vice Chancellor Lori W. Will said in an opinion. Will dismissed the September 2024 suit with prejudice.
Schulz Group’s “complaint is deficient even under” the Delaware chancery court’s “plaintiff-friendly standard,” Will said.
