An Eagles tour massage therapist who says she was really paid to have sex with James Dolan failed to adequately plead trafficking claims against the MSG Networks chair, the Ninth Circuit ruled Tuesday.
Kellye Croft’s lawsuit named Dolan, his band, Harvey Weinstein, Azoff Co. Holdings LLC, and Azoff Co. LLC as defendants. But the suit didn’t identify the “illicit means” through which the asserted “commercial sex acts” allegedly occurred, a three-judge panel said, affirming a lower court’s dismissal of the case.
