James Dolan Wins Again Against Woman’s Sex Trafficking Claim (1)

A masseuse’s sex trafficking allegations against New York Knicks owner James Dolan and Harvey Weinstein were rejected by a federal judge for a second time.

Claims that Dolan violated the federal Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act were dismissed with prejudice Tuesday by Judge Percy Anderson, of the US District Court for the Central District of California.

Anderson also turned down claims from the masseuse, Kellye Croft, in her second amended complaint that Dolan had committed sexual battery and that his “good friend” Weinstein had assaulted and attempted to rape her while Dolan and his band, JD & the Straight Shot, ...
