The owner of hip-hop artist Biggie Smalls’ intellectual property rights agreed to drop copyright and trademark infringement claims against iCanvas Inc. and several major retailers.
Judge Rebecca R. Pallmeyer, of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, dismissed the case without prejudice in a Wednesday order after the parties reached a settlement.
