Home Depot Workers Get Final Approval of $750K Wage Settlement

More than 2,000 current and former Home Depot U.S.A. Inc workers haved received final approval for the settlement of their class claims against the company.

Jorge Almanzar filed a complaint against Home Depot in 2020 in the US District Court for the Eastern District of California alleging multiple wages-and-hours violations, including failing to pay regular and overtime wages and to provide proper breaks, and seeking to represent a proposed class action.
