Hershey Co. defeated a consumer suit alleging the confectionery company duped them into thinking certain specialty Reese’s peanut butter cups had carved out decorations though the candies didn’t.
The consumers didn’t allege that the products were defective or worthless, the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida said Sept 19, dismissing the complaint without prejudice.
