Hard Rock Cafe, Tipped Workers Settle FLSA Minimum Wage Lawsuit

Hard Rock Cafe International Inc. will pay nearly $1 million to resolve a Fair Labor Standards Act collective action alleging it underpaid its servers, bartenders, and other tipped employees.

Class representative Troy White said in an unopposed motion for approval of the collective action settlement on Feb. 27 that Hard Rock will pay $985,000 to in exchange for the tipped workers to release their FLSA claims against the company.
