Two Hard Rock Cafe entities underpaid their servers, bartenders, and other tipped employees, a potential class suit alleges in federal court in Georgia.
Hard Rock Cafe International (STP) Inc. and Hard Rock Cafe International Inc. (GA) didn’t make required tip credit disclosures to workers and improperly required them to spend excessive amounts of time on non-tipped work, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
