Gun Industry Seeks Second Try in Appeal of NY Law Allowing Suits

Gun industry members on Monday petitioned the Second Circuit to reconsider arguments in the group’s case challenging New York’s law that allows the state to sue firearm makers and sellers for gun violence.

Firearm industry trade group the National Shooting Sports Foundation filed a petition seeking a rare en banc rehearing at the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
