Google, Apple Collusion Antitrust Suit Tossed Again (Correct)

Alphabet Inc.‘s Google was again victorious in an antitrust lawsuit alleging an unlawful deal with Apple Inc. shutting out competition in the search advertising market after a federal judge dismissed the amended suit.

The plaintiff group of internet search users still fell short, Judge Rita F. Lin of the US District Court for the District of Northern California ruled Friday. This was their second amended complaint, following the February dismissal of their original complaint.
