Google Wins Bid to Toss Antitrust Suit Over Collusion With Apple

Alphabet Inc.‘s Google prevailed in an antitrust case accusing it of an unlawful deal with Apple Inc. that shut out competition in the search advertising market after a federal judge dismissed the suit.

The plaintiffs, a group of internet search users, didn’t provide enough facts to plausibly claim there was an unlawful agreement formed between the two tech giants, Judge Rita Lin of the US District Court for the District of Northern California said in a Monday ruling.
