Former St. Edward’s White Baseball Coach Ends Firing Bias Suit

A White former St. Edward’s University baseball coach, who was fired after two investigations concluded he didn’t discriminate against two Black players, has agreed to end his suit against the school.

Rob Penders and SEU in Austin, Texas, reached a settlement for all his claims and plan to file a stipulation to dismiss the action within 30 days, according to a joint advisory notice filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
