FedEx Fails to Convince Court to Revisit Worker’s Age Bias Claim

FedEx Corporate Services Inc. failed to convince a federal district court that it should take a second look at its previous decision allowing an age discrimination case against the company to proceed.

In its November 2023 ruling denying FedEx’s motion for summary judgment, Judge Michael H.
