Ex-Touro Student’s Suit Over Covid-19 Tuition Trimmed by Court

Touro College and University System must face part of a proposed class action lawsuit from a former student who said the school wrongly kept his tuition after pausing in-person classes during the pandemic.

Former dental student Mark Yodice can pursue his unjust enrichment claim, but the rest of his suit must be tossed, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said Friday.
