A former Bechtel Corp. worker ended his short-lived lawsuit alleging the company violated federal law when it terminated more than a thousand employees at a liquefied natural gas plant without notice.
Stephen Jones voluntarily dismissed his suit without prejudice on July 11, just nine days after he alleged in a proposed class action that Bechtel violated the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act. Judge
