A subsidiary of Eurofins Viracor LLC and a former transplant care manager for the company agreed to end a lawsuit alleging she was disparately treated in comparison to her younger peers.
The parties agreed to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice after reaching a settlement agreement, according to a dismissal stipulation that was granted Tuesday by the US District Court for the District of Maryland. Lori Hartle sued Transplant Genomics Inc. in November 2024 for subjecting her to age discrimination, retaliation and a hostile work environment.
