Eurofins Ex-Employee Sues for Age Discrimination, Retaliation

A former employee of Transplant Genomics Inc. is suing the transplant diagnostics company for age discrimination, retaliation, and for subjecting her to a hostile work environment under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.

Lori Hartle, who was 63 when Transplant Genomics—a subsidiary of Eurofins Scientific SE—hired her in June 2020, alleges her supervisor treated her differently than younger employees by denying her training, hands-on management, pay raises, and other opportunities, according to her complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Maryland.
