Factor One Source Pharmacy LLC will pay $515,000 and provide additional relief to end EEOC claims that it allegedly discriminated and retaliated against employees with hemophilia.
The settlement, entered June 5 in the US District Court for the District of Colorado, comes after the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued the pharmacy for allegedly violating the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act.
