Delaware Telemedicine Abortion Service Provider Draws Texas Suit

Texas is suing another out of state medical provider over allegations she prescribed abortion drugs to patients in the state, where abortion is prohibited.

Debra Lynch, a Delaware nurse practitioner, is accused of violating Texas’ near total ban on abortions by mailing drugs such as mifepristone and misoprostol to women in the state who use her telemedicine services.
