The City of Dallas, having already defended two gun-related lawsuits from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R), argued Thursday that a third case from the state over a ban on firearms in public spaces is likewise flawed.
“This is the third bite,” Dallas’ lawyer, Jeff Tillotson of Tillotson Patton, said Thursday, motioning to an image of a partially eaten apple in a slideshow presentation in a Travis County courtroom.
