Two Illinois cannabis product producers convinced a federal district court to dismiss a lawsuit alleging they misrepresented their infused vapes as concentrates to get around state regulation.
Chad Alsip didn’t properly plead fraud, misrepresentation of law, breach of warranty, and unjust enrichment claims under Illinois law, the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois said in a Wednesday opinion dismissing the case without prejudice.
