A federal court finalized a proposed settlement between Lincoln University and a class of students who weren’t reimbursed for their tuition and fees when the school closed its campus in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The university is responsible for the class’s attorneys fees and litigation costs, in addition to being tasked to establish a $169,500 settlement fund, Judge Karen S. Marston of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said.
