Consumer Ends Stimulant Ingredient Suit Against Supplement Maker

A consumer who accused Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Inc. of tricking buyers by selling supplements with the stimulant DMHA agreed to end her suit against the supplement maker.

Plaintiff Allison Ottesen filed a notice of voluntary dismissal, without prejudice, with the US District Court for the Northern District of California Wednesday. The motion leaves open the possibility that she could sue the company again.
