Consumer Ends Class Action Over Capri Sun ‘All Natural’ Claim

Kraft Heinz Food Co. will not have to face a proposed class action over its claim that Capri Sun contains “all natural” ingredients.

Alyssa Flexer dismissed with prejudice all claims as to herself and without prejudice as to the proposed class, her May 23 notice of voluntary dismissal said. Flexer filed suit in January in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of a proposed nationwide class of consumers and a proposed New York subclass.
